If you have a loved one in a nursing home, assisted living or Residential Care facility with visitation restrictions, an Ombudsman will continue to be available as the resident’s advocate.

If you have concerns about your loved one during this time of caution, please call Aging Best and ask to speak to an Ombudsman for assistance. This very difficult time is temporary and necessary for the safety of all residents in long term care.
